Once we asses what your needs are we do all the groundwork for you, from researching different options, to taking you on a tour of the facilities. When we find the right location, we can even manage the contractual obligations for you.
Communications Management
Every event requires some form of communication. We are skilled at delivering your message for you through our creative concept development. We will get the basic information from you and use our skills to drive that message home, whether it is with invitations or handouts we are here to help.
Travel Arrangements
We provide travel and accommodation planning for attendees and speakers. We can arrange coach travel for local events, air travel, boat cruises, and limousine service. We are here to cater to your every need!
On site Management
